2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of products made through the website www.optocentro.pt and the online store, including optical products, eyeglass frames, contact lenses, precision devices, and other items sold by OPTOCENTRO.
3. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
- All products include a description, technical specifications, and prices in euros (€).
- The prices listed include the merchandise. VAT will be added as required by law.
- OPTOCENTRO reserves the right to change prices at any time, without affecting orders that have already been confirmed.
4. PURCHASING PROCESS
- The customer selects products and adds them to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout by entering your personal information, address, and payment details.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email after your order has been processed.
- The order is contractually binding upon confirmation of payment.
5. DELIVERY TIMES AND TERMS
- Mainland Portugal: 3 to 5 business days
- Azores and Madeira: 7 to 10 business days (subject to quotation)
- European Union: 10 to 20 business days (subject to a quote)
- The deadlines begin on the date of payment confirmation.
- OPTOCENTRO is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company or any other circumstances beyond its control.
- The customer checks the condition of the order upon receipt.

All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the customer has the right to cancel the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
Resolution Procedure:
- Please notify us of your intention to terminate the contract by email at optocentro@optocentro.pt
- Enter order number
- OPTOCENTRO will provide return instructions
- The product must be returned in good condition in its original packaging
- Full refund within 30 days of receipt
Exceptions: Opened contact lenses, custom-made products, and personal care items cannot be returned.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- OPTOCENTRO is not liable for errors in the information, carrier delays, force majeure, or improper use of the products.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
The data is used exclusively for order processing, shipping, and dispute resolution.
